Alliance GW2 Launch Party: Hide & Seek

This hide and seek is being held on August 24th, at 9:15~ pm EST
2 stress tests postponed it...
To participate: be online and have most outposts accessible to your character.
Rewards: at least one ecto worth of goods will be given at each outpost to the winners. I'm aiming to get destroyer weapon materials set up as well for some of them and there will be consolation prizes!
This Hide & Seek will be Guild Wars 2 themed
Here's a little example of what the clue might be, I will have secondary and tertiary clues if it's too difficult:
Answer: Rata Sum.
Therefore, go to Rata Sum, international district, and find me!
Not exactly tied to Guild Wars 2 itself, but trust me: I wrote "250 years from now" or "in 250 years" a lot when typing up the clues.
This is not a rock-solid clue, which is why I didn't use this for the real hide and seek. The reasoning behind this clue and answer is that "Rata Sum" is an anagram of "Mursaat", so there are theories suggesting that the mursaat previously inhabited the area.
Everybody get on Mumble or the new alliance Vent (will decide later) and join in the fun as well!

Hopefully we can finish in time with a squashed time-slot, since I have to work some tonight (later on though, more than an hour to finish my event if that's enough).
