Mr. Tech for Knight. (moved)

Other than Jolly who is on randomly, Durnik who is also random, and occasionally Yuri who is getting really busy in RL, we don't have much of an off hours officer representation.  Bhukk will probably be on more often in our off hours especially now that summer is coming and he will be working more again; but I would like another officer to represent us at odd times.

I've talked to Mr. Tech and he is interested, he also said he would do his best to help us recruit.  Out of all of our current squires with the exception of maybe Omega (great recruiter) and possibly Mason in the future, I think Mr. Tech is the best fit for our needs at the moment.

I should add that he is very helpful, friendly and mature.  He gets on Teamspeak and our forum frequently.

I agree, Hes always there and very helpful. Sadly my randomness doesnt look like it will die down anytime soon, putting in 13hr work days. Having Mr Tech there will be helpful to everyone, imo.

Hasn't Mr Tech left the guild some time ago? I remember a goodbye post...

Mr. Tech is "Scotty the Engineer" in game and "worf warrior" here on the forum.  He did leave a post about going to help out his son in another guild for a while.  That was a year ago.  I do not remember him being gone for very long.  He's been back full force and has been very helpful and interactive with the guild and other officers for a while now.

How active is he on forum?

He has only made 20 posts so far, but he was active in participating in the Banner contest and some other recent things.

I vote for tech being a knight. He does what he can to help recuit, help and teach. I do agree that he doesn't have much posts but im sure he'll become more active given the knight position, you need to be on the fourms a lot more.

There was a post from someone leaving us for a dungeon run focused team or something... I thought that was him... Maybe I'm wrong. I can't find the post anymore in the goodbye section.

This has been open for most of the week.  I know not everyone has commented yet, but I have a majority with Flynx speaking with me.

I am going to move forward with promotion now.

So was it you leaving us finally? I remember thinking, when reading the post I can't seem to find anymore: "If Mr. Tech is leaving, Mrs. Tech will follow soon"

We've had a few like that leave over the years. Clem was one of the first big ones since GW2. March has also decided to rep for AARM more than us since he likes to WvW with them. Then XileTommy left for a dungeon guild as well. I can't think of any other big names that have left for dungeon groups.
