Disappointment in Knights

We have never been very strict with Knights, but I have been very disappointed in several officers.  They contribute very little to the guild.  One of the basic requirements is to get on the forum at least once a week and reply to threads in the Knight's Round Table.  The last thread has had very little response.  You can see my comment there.

This may seem harsh and you can advise me other wise, but here is what I am thinking of doing.

If officers do not reply to that thread and the Cavalry thread that I will be posting soon within the next week, they will be put on probation and demoted to Squire.  They will still have access to the Officers Forum while on probation.  If they express interest in remaining a Knight and begin to contribute more, we can consider re-promotion.

yeah i agree.. its like once they became Knights, most stopped playing so much. Just notify them and put them on a probation period. or ask them if they wish to remain as Knights... and if so, they must start fulfilling duties and being more active in the guild. and if not, we have quite a few new members to look at for those positions. simple as that.
