Dabby
Not sure what's going on with Dabby (aka MadDabber.####, aka Giftwrap) lately. But I wanted to bring this to your attention:
https://lightness.forumotion.com/t6589-new-dabbys-secret-monthly-crazy-give-away#64543
He says he feels unwelcome in TS and that's what's preventing him from advancing in the guild. I know there have been a few issues with him not following directions, then being extremely sensitive when this is pointed out to him and arguing. It all seems to stem from one incident during GMs where Kara asked him to stand with his group instead of running around Hoelbrak as a giant candy corn golem. Ever since then he's been making passive-aggressive comments about not feeling welcome or feeling excluded and such. It seems a bit trolly to me, or at least rather obvious attention-seeking behavior. I also don't recall seeing him in TS once--has anyone else?
Anyone got any insight to offer on what's going on?

Re: Dabby
Honestly... this is NOT acceptable.
I do not appreciate this kind of behaviour and I find it only a thorn in our side.

Re: Dabby
Personally speaking i think Dabby maybe just a attention seeker,He just keeps moaning about everything instead of getting involved alot more with all other guild members,As for ts well i have only seen him once in ts and that was only for a couple of seconds then he just disconnected, so i think he needs to get involved more ingame and stop his Whinning.

Re: Dabby
Wait, is he the one with TBI, (or PTSD)? I'm afraid I've forgotten exactly who it was that was dealing with that issue?

Re: Dabby
Yes Flynx, I have heard that about Dabber. If I remember right, we talked about him some in our last meeting. He got angry with the officer at guild Missions like 3 weeks ago. Kara was trying to get everyone to stay with their parties and he was running around in a Candy Corn costume. Kara asked him nicely to return to his party so we could could get started, but he did not. Three other officers whispered him. He felt treated like a child and "yelled" at. He also claims to have been treated rudely on Teamspeak 2 other times. I do not know about that. He feels that we have it out for him.
He has been grousing about this in typed chat repeatedly. Complaining that he is not welcome to Teamspeak.
Not sure what to do about it, but I do not like it. I agree that he is attention seeking.

Re: Dabby
IMO...... sack him, we don't need the drama have to many others to look after and mentor(those that really are good for the guild) and we are now a large guild with lots of potential people. I don't think its fair on others if we go running to every whining cry baby Every time the have dropped there pacifier(dummy), sorry to rant as I said at beginning IMO......

Re: Dabby
Okay. Now I feel like I have a better picture of what's going on with him. Sounds like the issue's been addressed already with him on several occasions, but he continues to be passive-aggressive when things don't go his way, gets defensive when faced with feedback, and has given us no indication that he is willing to change his behaviors. Personal issues notwithstanding, I agree that this kind of behavior isn't acceptable.

Truthfully I am over this BS. Warn him and then remove him if no change occurs.
