Squire Nominations

So we have Maxi due next for promotion...
Whitehawk has been mentioned

As far as Maxi goes:
- High quality banter
- Top bloke, would buy a beer for him
- Very active Participant
- Happily helps members in free time

HOWEVER:
- He hasn't quite dealt with the Mel situation in the best way, caught snapping and swearing at her. To be entirely fair it is not the best situation to judge given the nature of it, he has really been thrown against the wall at times, but for those who do not know entirely what is going on it is worth noting.

+1maxi and yes I have been watching whitehawk seems very helpful no matter whats asked in chat he does at least reply even if to say cant help yet but can later etc etc.

I`ve liked Maxi from the very start when i first joined aol and i know that there`s been afew problems with him but i still think it`s time that we give this guy a chance to see what he can bring to the guild, so it`s a big ++1 from me.

Wait, what? Maxie's been swearing at Mel? I must've missed a ton of stuff while I was gone, as this sounds completely unlike him. I know he's been more patient with her than most, but I also know that she's been wearing on him.

Either way, I second both his and Whitehawk's nominations. Whitehawk I don't know very well, but he seems a decent sort.
