Guild Charter/Mission Statement

We have been wanting to update the guild charter for a while.

The last update was done by Mighty with input from Kiera, Ratche, Zero and Myself and a few others of the old guard.  That was three years ago.  Here is the last update.

Geoff has taken a swing at polishing and updating it and has already started an edited version that you can find here.

I would like to get a new version of this finished so that it represent the current state of our guild (and representing who we are and what we want our guild to be) before the release of Heart of Thorns.

lost me at charter never seen this at all, will have a stab at it too and compare

I will definitely get involved and help out with this... a lot needs to be updated lol

Thing is some of it actually depends on HoT content being confirmed (ie how guilds then work etc)
