Executive decision

I hope my decision does not upset anyone, but I decided to blow our merits. Merits will disappear with HoT as well as the current queuing system. Out of the items that I know we can keep, I chose to max out Guild Hero Banners, and Guild Karma/Exp banners. I did a few Gathering and swiftness banners as well. The rest of the influence will be used towards the future currencies which we will know more about soon.
