It was painful to hear this again, but it had to be done, and i think in future anyone causing continuous disruption to the guild should be dealt with sooner rather than later, it is sad when a member has to be removed but saying that the happiness of the guild must come first.

Yes, it was sad. I felt sorry for her in some ways, but she was a constant irritant on Teamspeak. She had to be removed for the health of the guild.

Agreed very sad but it had to be done and I dare say there will be more in future but hopefully not many.

Have to admit i did`nt enjoy listening to this recording and i hope i dont have to listen to anything like this ever again(So Sad     )i wish it could`ve been done another way but she has had all the chances to change her ways in aol and unfortunately she did`nt want to do that it seems.

Nobody likes to do this Kara but you were fine hunny you pointed out everything to her and she kinda knew why she had been pulled up to officers meeting so i don't think it came as a surprise to her.

I think you did a great job. It was a very difficult job. I may have explained things differently and rambled on too long and let her whine. You were direct and got it done without too much pain. It was good.

You done an awesome job Kara, all of Aol should be proud of you.

i feel bad that she had to go, but with multiple warnings it was bound to happen. however i will have to not be so laid back when it comes to this type of issue again.

Sorry I've been stuck in work hell and couldn't help out with this (since I'd had a lot of the initial interactions with Mel). I think you handled it appropriately, Kara, though I know this type of thing isn't pleasant, and isn't the goal we're hoping for in situations like this.

I have had to do many consoling sessions while I was in the navy. and you did a good job Kara.
