With this recent lot of promotions we can start discussing the others mentioned.

Any other nominations to consider? You guys are more in touch than I lately. Any Euro or Aussie zone nominations, especially?

I really don't have anyone come to mind cause Boots got promoted with me.

Helscream and ofcourse Maxie but i know the situation with him.

i want to hold off on maxie till we see how he is going to act. we know part of the reason why he was angry and taking it out on others. but he will be held off for promotion for a bit.

i agree with ilzuk and gruntz.

I thought Maxie wasnt interested in being promoted??

I have spoken with Ilzuk to gauge whether she is interestd in ranking up... at this stage she isnt as she is going to be in and out of the game a bit the next month or so... I believe she would be interested when she is back and playing again thought.
Maxie I believe we need to hold back on for a little bit longer due to the occasional flair ups and drama.. this all could be due to Mel and now with her gone........ but then again.. the spoilers issue was him alone...

Helscream I do not know well enough to cast a vote, so I will leave that up to those who know them better...

Something that was raised and I am perfectly open to... If someone recruited the person and they wish to offer the promotion speak up so we can give you the opportunity.
I know I do alot of the promotions.. and that is mainly because I LOVE doing them and I step up and give speeches and stuff...

Great guy, positive influence on atmosphere and environment, knows his stuff

I'd sacrifice Steely to you're opinions but I know he has zero interest in moving up, he just loves playing with the group and socializing (remember how quiet he was ?!?!?!). If someone wants to try and encourage him, by all means I would try and help, but it isnt going to work just coming from me.

Helscream knows what he's doing and is one of the people that picks up new content quickly.

helscream defo a nice helpful player personaly not seen him post on forum or in ts much but that's my timeline,

we need to slow down on promotions for a while.

Agreed, there isn't anyone else that I think fits the bill anyway, so it is a great time to now sit back and see how they go :-)

The only people who should actively look for members to promote would be Euro and Aussie. Any other future promotion will be by outstanding performance for US.

Agreed. We also need to bring in more eu and Aussie players to expand that time for the guild.

now the website is all setup as far as I can and teamspeak is done too and I am now back on normal hours at work I can start getting back into advertising for new members too.
