We need to discuss the Rank Permissions in more detail.  Kara, Seamon, and I did a quick overview of them and set them on night one, but we should look at them more closely and see how we want to allocate them.

Also, I have created a temporary rank called Decorator and for now it is above Cavalry.  Do we want it to be higher?  Above Squire maybe?  If a Squire wants to decorate, it would be a demotion.  But, I don't want to give Cavalry more power than a Squire.  Do we give all Squires Decorating power?  I think we could trust them.

could you not just add it into the squire ranks? I think given there position of trust it should be ok. it can be revoke or demoted if they mess.and besides I don't it can do much harm to decorating Smile
