hmmm or not, I just threw my alt Rhianna into the group and while I saw all the mod features and proper boards to be able to have access to.... the name colour didnt change

i think we need to add them again because on the admin panel , only mighty and blank are in the mods list , they were the last ones i added

your call. the group feature does work for permissions as that's how we've got all the other groups setup for access and rights, and when I tested the mod board it was setup correctly. I dont understand why having the Color Group Members : Yes
didn't change their names.

the only thing i did was

remove all of them from the group

add them in the admin panel

go to permissions

look at the permissions , didnt do any change

and save.

Added Echo and Shalar into the AoL-Group.

Added Finn, Diablo, Zero into AoL- Group. Removed the GW 2 Launch Officer group and updated the Officers group to include all GW 2 Officers. Modified access to the Leave Notice board to be AoL-Only, debating whether the introduce yourself should be limited to Guild also.

yes , i was also not sure of that one ... the only reason i didnt do it it was because there are lots of posts there from other guilds of the alliance, and if we close it to AoL only , some people that are still using the forum might not see there own post .. but i dont see many new comers from gw1 alliance too.

maybe we just give some more time and then we make it AoL only.

Just an Idea.... do we want to keep Vent info under activities... or maybe send it under the guildlines area... that way they have to pass by the guidlines/rules and regs to see vent info.... again... just a thought.. Aura

Activist in AoL section is only accessible by people in the AoL group, general public does not see

i moved that post into the round table of the alliance , cose i think it was outdated, most of it was about alliance chat , and i also found it a bit negative feeling , telling bad storys in the past to give exemple of what people should not do ... i like the feeling of a clean start.

About the activities, its true im still wondering if that forum should be the round table and we make the activities one new and empty or as it is now , because that was the AoL only forum witch was a all in one.

Maybe we can move some of the threads to the round table, like that Vent info one for exemple.

Since all Mods are Officers, I've enabled the capability for them to Mod on the Officers Board, that way they can pin posts to be always on top.

Per Dayle, added Unholy Plasma aka Rynk to the Officer Group on forum, pulled Dave from the group as he's stepped down due to r/t.

fixed I think the missing sig problem, some of the new boards were not set to display images to people

changed the portal to mighty bumgle again , i think its more fun to have there something that changes from time to time , i was even thinking about the activities forum ( black gate maybe ?)

added the rank " light " to members with more then 1000 posts

Check with Dayle perhaps on what he'd like to see for Portal, Kaden is solid on posting weekly updates within the Mighty Bugle so for now that may be the best. A lot of people feel disconnected in GW 2 regarding guild activities so Blackgate Activities thread may not be the best choice.

yeah , i also feel kinda lost , one of the reasons i think is the lack of guild hall

Opened the AoL members only area to all members i dont think we have that many people from other guilds coming to our forum anyways

changed forum permissions to hidden for guests

i think if people need to login to see what is inside we get more people registering and we can log who actualy sees the forum

yeah the idea was to have something there that changes from time to time .. before we had the mighty bungle , also activities , and then the guild rules .. now back to the weekly news ... i think activities is also a good thing to have there but the news look kinda cool i think ...

Please note I've resumed GW 1 and made Echo an Officer in GW 1 as she can grab those lost souls like me during the day into the Guild and vent as she's an admin on vent also.
