TranquilInSpirit for Officer?

Spir/Syl/Tranq is active, friendly, and helpful. He is happy to teach guildies how to do dungeons, answers questions where he can, and participates in lighter conversations too.

So I'd like to recommend him for consideration as a potential officer candidate, and see what you lovelies think.

One thing that he'd definitely need to do is have a forum presence to keep up to date with officer stuff. I can't recall if I've seen him spend time on the forums at all.

Of course, not sure if he wants to be an officer, but we can cross that bridge after we discuss.

Overall I have a good impression of this human being. I'd go for Mirai more because I interact with him on a regular basis but I'm not against TranquillSpirit.

+1 havn't played but Iv seen him in guild chat and I think hes a good choice

I love Spiritz. He really knows a ton about the game and is generally pretty patient and willing to explain/teach, though he maybe comes across as a bit snarky sometimes. I think he'd be a great officer, honestly. He helps a lot of guildies and is active in chat and such.

Tran/Spir is very active and friendly. He is also very helpful and like Beez said, he is willing to explain and teach someone if they ask for his advice and opinion (knows this from personal experience and from conversations with other guildies). He is also willing to stand up to guild members in guild chat that are being rude or extremely annoying.

I definitely think that he would make a great officer if he is willing to become one.

Totally see your point Yuri. Ideally I think it would be lovely to have both of them get promoted, as long as we're all in agreement. I don't think it needs to be a "one or the other" thing

I spoke with Spirit to see if he might be interested in promotion, and he says that he would be honored to join us. So, we just need to hear from a few more people and we can move forward with this.

Same as I said in the mirai thread, just need to wait to give more folks a chance to have a say, imo ... so I agree with you.  Might have to start bugging a few of our officers if they don't come in over to the weekend to weigh in on both spir and mirai. <3

He seems to be fair headed. I haven't got a problem with him being a officer. Should become a good one in my opinion.

i dont have any objections, he knows his stuff and is happy to help with pretty much all areas of the game from what ive seen

I'm fine with Kitty promoting. I don't see any reason to wait longer considering it's been over a week and we have a majority 'yes' to promotion and 0 'no' to promotion.

You can go ahead and promote by now.  Looks like most the officers had their say regarding syl.
