Name the Alliance member!

Just want to try out a different word association game I've been thinking of.

Please remember this idea needs some refining so bear with me on it.

Rules

Solve the clues to discover the identity of the NPC/Boss/Boss like char or location.
Then use the name to discover the identity of an Alliance member. This will be possible by using either the actual name, the location or part of the dialogue associated with it.

Heres and easy one!
This Lvl 15 Human Female can teach you new skills.
To run to her you must cross the giant-kins back, clamber over the non-wet upper surface and pass through the jumbled legs of the trees.
She can teach fellow Rangers how to throw dirt properly.

And another more complex one!
This Lvl 10 Human Male collector is an employee of Prince Bokka.
He starts a conversation with "Mmmm, armored drake. Bake it, broil it, roast it, boil it..."
The item he wants from you tastes best with something.

This Lvl 15 Human Male is a friend of a of the family of the Hero who can wear either Elite Sunspear Armour or Primeval Armour.
He starts your first conversation with "What's that saying? Money talks, Kournans walk?".
His reason for suggesting the NPC for you to try is of interest.

And another!
His stomping grounds are accessible through The Arid Sea.
His ghostly powers make spirits attack faster.
His Eerie looking focus allows him to commune all the better.
Like all of his species he likes to stomp.

NOTE:
Like I said above, this is a basic idea and I'm sure some of you will be able to work out much better and more complex clues (to be honest I'm dead tired and wanted to get this idea down before forgetting it lol). The above three examples are just the first ones that came to mind as I realized I could set clues for them without much research.
