Another state of the guild post

Over the year and a bit that ive been leader AoL has spawned at least 10 or so guilds. Some members see what we have in AoL and want to duplicate that model for themselves, and a few ppl that are now guild leaders PM me for advise on a regular basis.
Right now the guild has some momentum and Im going to push it as far as I can, so for the next couple weeks im going to spend most of my in game time looking for new members.
We will get some bad ones in which I want the officers to kick them out, and in the mix we will find some good ones.
The guild is always changing and growing!
