Changes to the guild

I have talked to most of you about my situation and what I think led us to this point. We have built up the guild to full - we have seen members come and go - but now we have another dynamic on our hands.

We have members that are some what active and have been with us for a while. From some of the things I have been told, what AOL offers them is a stabble guild, a thing that will be a constant in their on line life, one told me that he had three guilds collapse around him. I think that we as officers dont really talk about it, but unkown to us we have done something good for the members.

Tomorrow I will move out the ppl that dont play the game any more, from there I wil slowly start recuiting agian. I will not try and get one or two ppl every day, maybe one every few days.
