names for new officers u have in mind

Kiera and Healer

also Tony

another thing that sometimes makes me feel strange is this hiden area ... i know this as a usefull task , but also feels like talking on others back ..

i feel like opening totaly sometimes , but i agree that is not a good option ... so i was thinking maybe just open to some more people , and not just the officers

people we have been playing for a while , that are active to the forum , and that we think might have usefull opinions on what we talk here ..

i put the same names , keira , healer and tony , to give access to this are in the forum.

I have nothing against kiera or tony

Same nothing against tony or kiera. Healer... Maybe. Also what about call me zero

Personally i believe tony, kiera and maybe reggy and leddcrow are deserving of the position and idk about healer he can b inmature at times an naggy...or maybe thats just me haha but idk anything about zero i say that cause i havent seen the name "zero" pop on chat so either iam not paying attention or he has other names

oh I forgot about reg! He is deserving as well. Zero also goes by lucky beanz

I have no objections to any of the names listed, but I've been a bit out of touch lately. Ledcrow I've noticed has come an gone from the guild on several occasions though that is the only thing that gives me pause about him. There may have been good reason though.

I agree with Kiera being an officer.

I know I'm not an officer any longer, but I've worked with both of them and I think both would make outstanding officers. They are both very helpful and would do alot for AoL

if I had to vote right now it would be tony cuz he's been here so long. Then Korea then reg. As much as I think ledcrow is a good person he can be a little preachy. And healer is somewhat immature. Alas I trust you guys since you are actually playing right now. Speaking of I'll be back soon! Yea!

i dont know about the immaturity level of healer , i played with him few times and he seams like a cool person , anyway just bringing the name up for attention.

Ok if you guys didn't know this I have gone to XXX to help out for a while, I'm not leaving AoL.

I figured you were doing something like that King Ledcrow. Like I said I've been a bit out of touch lately. Did not mean to doubt you.

kiera has came here after reg right well iam just worried about the officer list becoming a list of ppl we all hangout with you kno what i mean? i mean theres good ppl and then theres ppl of officer quality but something i think we should define would b what makes a good officer?

does whats best for the guild
etc.

Iam just saying we should have a standard, rather then just a popularity contest

and i want officers to ask themselves "what do i do to help the guild?"

this issue comes to table once in a while too , the way i see it , officers are people that want to contribute to the guild , that doesnt mean , helping new players , or having to always group with guildies , all kinds of contributions are welcome , being that, bringing good social envirement , game tips , events , jokes , anyting ... officers should not be afraid of losing popularity when seeing others becoming officers :p if thats what you mean mighty. i didnt get that popularity contest line.

officers are who chose others to officers , good officers are always welcome , there is no limit for good officers in a guild , i think we should give a chance to as many as they come.

and remember not everyone wants to be officer , some do , but after a while give up.

officers should believe they are officers for a reason , and trust their position in the guild , and from that make it what they want , as long as they are helping the guild being what it is , and having fun while they do it.

well definately i have to agree with you on that neo
though when i say popularity contest i mean like promoting our friends because
their our friends like for instance tony is my friend but i wouldnt want him promoted
just because of that...but then when we look at tony hes a very active member
very into pvp and making groups (like mr. neo ) and he will go out and help
members do stuff he a really good kind and his hearts in the right place. (promoted)

Kiera's bubbly personality has quickly gained her attention as long as shes been
in the guild, and while she may not be as productive as some members she
races at the chance to do group activities, lend advice, etc

i just dont want another jedit or agrias....no offense....the perfect extreme of
too much activity and not enough

i agree with you on that as well

one thing i found out about life , is that all connections are made for more then professional reasons , if you own a company , you have 2 possible employers and only one job , you need some personal conction , even at a minimum level , the higher you get , the higher chances of geting the job.

we can dream that in some places people will give you a job just becose you are good at it ... most of the times , being friend of the owner works better.
im not saying its a bad thing to know how to do stuff , once you have the oportonity to show you are there for a reason , you shine .

in aol we "always" gave officer spots to our friends , we should keep doing it
