Dealing with TS trolls (As an Officer)

Case 1: Some troll doesn't know how to use push to talk (basically they have an open mic)
    In this case, you want them to be forced to use push to talk.  You can do this by assigning them the PTT server group, as shown below (at the red dot).




Case 2: Everything else
    In this case, you want to kick the person from the channel/server.  The option is as shown below.  Do note that they cannot be banned by officers, only by guild leaders and admins (I think).  If kicking someone does not work, get either Beau, Ratche or Emanon to ban the person.




**Things to note: Guests cannot move channels.  They will be in the lobby by default, but they cannot move from there without an officer dragging them into the channel.  Therefore, avoid trolls by going into the lounge.  Additionally, officers can remove people with the "User" server group as well as place it on people.  So dealing with trolls who are members, you can remove the user tag, switch channels and kick them from the server/channel.

ratche, you can beau are both under the guild leader and server admin server groups on ts.  As such you should be able to ban people outright if it persists.  You also should be able to mess with the permissions from each server group/channel as well, but only do so if you and beau understand how to do so.
