People not listening during GMs

Please list people you want to nominate.
I will start with
Jolly

Jolly has become more of a thorn in our side than an asset to the guild.  I don't think she is malicious, but she does not follow directions during missions and she has seemed to deliberately act against procedure.  I believe she will be one of my first examples made when I start getting strict about my 50% rep rule.

Do we really need a list for that? I think if there is some particular problem and want other officers to be aware of it, a dedicated thread can be started to discuss one's behavior (not only during GM).

Also, once a name is on the list, then what happens? Do we kick people out solely based on them not listening during GMs? Jolly's been mentioned in the first post, but the second one is already kind of off-track, more talking about her behavior issues and non-repping than her not following instructions during GMs.

Honestly I'm surprised there's a whole thread for this considering I made one over two months ago- it's completely out of my hands so I don't really have a say- however! I do agree with yuri in that there shouldn't be a 'list'. Like I have said previously I believe just like we have before for other guild issues (I.e ranks, guild bank etc) there should be improvements! On both ends ^__^ everything is good but could be better for everyone.

Last Sunday Guild Mission in my opinion was total caos no one was listening i know on more than one occasion i felt like turning off my pc and i know i wasn't the only one who felt that way..........................

I didn't think Sunday's were too bad.  We did have bad luck getting Blightwater Shatterstrike and Save Our Supplies back to back. That was bad.  But the others went well.
