OFFICER MEETINGS!

It has fallen off to the side a little, Beau and I have discussed this and we both believe that it is very important that we start focusing on this.

Every week 2 hours BEFORE Saturday's Guild Missions on Teamspeak in the officer meeting channel; password: lightness

We need to ensure as many people are able to attend as possible but we are aware that time zones can disrupt this, what I suggest is that we have the meetings recorded and also have someone take notes to summarise.

In saying that.. We can discuss any issues, ideas (anything) during the meeting, posting it here in the forum and allowing ONE WEEK for ALL officers to respond to said topics.

In saying that, I announce the FIRST meeting will be scheduled for this week, 2 hours BEFORE saturday's guild missions.

On a similar note to this, I propose a GUILD meeting once a month, what do people think? We can have anyone regardless of their rank speak/ask questions/raise concerns etc..

Both sound like a good idea, ,I can record if you wish thats no problem here

Teamspeak has a built in recording option.

I do think we should do this.  Officers that cannot attend can be updated with the audio file or comments in the thread we post about the meeting.

two hours before is a great idea c: if I can get on somehow this week id love to try and attend :3

2 hours before Saturdays gm is just about right for me although 3 hours before would have suited me and mrs tech better but if not we will be there
