Guild hall and needed items

The guild hall needs items to get each piece. Like right now it takes flax seed for the barrels. And sand for the glasses.

Both can be farmed. And it would be nice to get guild mate in to it.

I was thinking I could set up a guild farming day, for an hour or two the guild just goes out and try's to get the items needed, and sends them to me, a mother officeror the guild bank.

I normally have Wednesday off, I could do it around guild mission time.

Any ideas or tips?
