GATE OF ANGUISH

more known as doa , its the elite town of nightfall chapter.

to get in , you must have killed abadon , after in chantry of secrets , talk to the wisper gate guy , go inside , and kneel to the statue , talk to spirit to unlock gate of anguish in your vortex map.


im sure there a tons of info about doa in many sites , im going to make my review and after maybe search for some links.

u can take 2 quests in gate of anguish town

1 is to aquire the ritualist haro and its done in abadon town , not in doa.

the other one , is a quest that as 4 tasks that lead to a final mission

each task is to kill a boss in 4 diferent areas of doa

but before you can kill the boss there is 2 quests for each area

meaning , you need to do 2 quests and kill one boss in each are , thats a total of 8 quests and 4 boss.

the 2 quests in each area u get each time u go inside that area.

after u have completed the 4 tasks ( 8 quests and 4 boss ) u unlock a 5th task , its the last mission , to kill mallyx.

the names for each area that people use in town are.

CITY
VEIL
GLOOM
FOUNDRY

and the last mission

CITADEL

now for the team builds

the basic more popular was

1 bip , 3 monks , 3 eles , 1 tank

bip = blood is power

3 monks = spell breaker , healers boon , bonder
3 searing flames eles , now people take a necro SS with glyph of sacrifice and meteor shower and only 2 eles.

and the obsidian flesh tank. i have seen , warriors , dervish , eles and even rangers do the job. my opinion is , all professions can do it.


Type the IGN of the char u have in doa or working on it and profession if you are interested in this elite quests.

I am there too with my dervish Vitali Mortenzen. I have completed Veil and City but don't mind doing them again.

its not a problem , u can always get secondary professions , and do lots of stuff.

there is a duo build to farm foundry too , i dont know the skills , its the famine + monk build.

one thing we need is 3 glyph of sacrifice and 3 meteor showers , this combo is needed to kill groups with 2 monks. or ig we can find any other combo of 3 dmg dealers that put 3000 dmg in 9 seconds.

also the bip most of the times go as a N/R or R/N , takes spirits too , symbiose , edge of extintion and i have seen some more now i dont remember the name.
