Kainis has expressed an interest in being an officer again now that he is playing regularly. My only hesitations are.
1. Do we want more officers at this time.
2. Kainis was not very interactive with the officers last time.
If we do let him back as an officer, we should make it clear that we expect more participation. He is great at leading fractals and getting groups together, but I'm not sure if he ever contributed to officer discussions.
Do not be worried about commenting either way. I will hide this thread in the Lord's Privy if we do promote him.

mmm I cant say anything on this. Didnt get to know him then and I still don't know him very well... ill let this discussion sit on for those who know him

I think we could use another officer right now. It shows that we are looking to rebuild, Kanis will help in this and he will help get groups going. I think he has alot to offer the guild in general. I know either way he will continue his efforts to make the guild feel like a welcome place. So long as he participates in officer discussions, I feel no reason why he shouldnt be.

If nobody has a serious objection before Guild Missions, I will promote him then. I have heard from a majority of officers already. Only Captain Ozone has not commented yet.
