Hey Yuri!  You have been excused from commenting.  We all know you have been traveling and getting settled into a new home with your family.  I've just been a bit irritated that other officers have not been commenting.  The most basic of the expectations we agreed to is visiting the forum at least once a week and responding to officers threads with well thought out replies.  I have even put down a threat of probation and specifically asked for comment by the end of the week on this thread:

It is not just the lack of commenting, it is a general lack of interactivity with the guild "as a whole" as well.

It is good to have you back!  I've missed you.  I can't wait to get you back into the swing of things

Due to my laid back nature and the holiday weekend, I'm going to be giving a little more time.  I hope I don't have to make some hard decisions this week.  If officers do not want too meet expectations, I would prefer that they request to step down honorably, like Zero.  It feels like I am being tested.

As officers we have the responsibilities to monitor and comment on posts in the forum. We have to make a effort to do this at least 3-4 times a week.
