Alright, so I use this section of the forums because I love it, but its a bit deserted so I've decided 2 do something I've been wanting to do a while and perk up the section, Mo (hehe) told me I have a knack for making builds, and so I've decided to make people builds.
You may only ask for 1 or 2 unless im not stacked up atm, and please be patient as I may take a while.
FYI: These builds are meant to challenge me to, to see if I can make a good build for all classes, so I'm sorry if every one isn't excellent.

Use: Throw down Empowerment and pick an item spell of your choice, Use Ghostly Haste, then Spirit Channeling and start throwing down your Air Magic spells, You have +12 energy Regen so spam to your hearts content.

Note: This build has no speed increases or defensive skills OR self heals, I noticed, trust me, this build is one that stands at the edge of the battle and picks people off.

I'm starting a PvE Necro and I'm not a fan off to many of the General PvE Necro builds except the Minion Master builds and those are limited in use. I'm looking for a good curses or blood magic necro that has good survivability and fine caster dammage dealling with out sacraficing too much life. How does that sound?

Class: Necromancer
Objective: PvE General Caster Dammage
Skills Used: Either Curses OR Blood Magic mixed with anything else that works
PvE/PvP: PvE mostly, though I would love a PvP variant for RA and such too.
Designed For: General PvE Areas

Hmmm...I have a challenge for you. I am currently working on Survivor with a Paragon. I have asked people for builds before, and gotten some really good ones....but the PROBLEM is that they all have SS/LB/Kurz/etc skills and skills I have to get off of Istan to get. >_> So this is my challenge for you:

Class: Paragon/any
Objective: PvE general with survivability while still being at least SLIGHTLY useful for the rest of the group (heroes and henchies included)
Skills Used: Anything you can get on the continent of Istan ONLY (NO Elites)
PvE/PvP: PvE
Designed For: Attaining the Survivor Title

Suggested buff for Mysticism

Usage: admittingly this is a really unique of a hammer warrior
with a unique dervish spin. While allowing the user the access to the
hammer's pros and cons, and making use of the dervish's survivablity it
can become a lethal combination (in theory).

Yeti Smash is to be used in mobs, the AoE damage will remind a veteran
dervish user of the good ol days....with the sycthe!

(Crude Swing can be added to stray away from the adren requirement needed for Yeti Smash while serving the same purpose AoE damage- this can be useful depending on your preference of play)

Twin Moon, this attack has a unique property, it allows you to attack
twice at the expense of an enchantment. Now this skill doesnt scale
up with damage with points in Sycthe Mastery only with health gained from
the enchantment removal, the main reason I added this skill was because
it lets you attack twice, plus allows you to control your enchantments.
Hammer Bash, enemey gets KD enough said! Good for bosses and monks
alike!

Avatar of Dwayna- I find the hex removal and healing aspect of this skill ALWAYS
useful, why not add a little more resilence to this build? You can change this depend
on your avatar preference and the benefits they reap.

Bathazar's Rage+Mystic Vigor+Mystic Regeneration- All these serve as the healing
backbone of the build, the per hit/ per enchantment healing style makes this a
lethal combo when paired with AoD- in addition to this you can control the healing
spike with Balthazar's Rage by using Twin Moon Sweep- this can give you a little
pick me up in battle
( "For Great Justice" can be subsituted for Mystic Vigor if one wants to place
more role on offense then the defensive style of the later)

Suggested buffs for Wind Prayers

Usage

Zealous Vow- this little elite was through in here to assure that your little
dervish is packed chuck full of energy! In PvP you must seize your chances as they
come to ya you wouldnt want a little thing like energy to slow you down right?

Whirling Charge- a fantastic mix of increased DPS and movement speed
the this gives more fuel to the builds fire. The increased DPS allows you to get more
energy from ZV as well as more adren for those oh so costly hammer attacks!
(Harriers Haste- lets face it people in PvP have a tendency to flee...something
about dying just isnt popluar nowa'days, this skills replacement makes you
better suited to Kiters)

Natural Healing- a powerful and often over looked heal, yes with the
enchantments used you'll have to pay the conditional 10en but with considered
the energy gain from ZV should cover the expenses.

Faithful Intervention- though the lack of skill points make it less to be
desired it does serve a purpose to give you an friendly boost when your about
to go over the edge (50% health)

Stagger>Heavy>Crushing Blow(s) this is an attack chain that i picked
out because i believe it applies the right about of pressure to see to it that
whatever you attack, whether its a rock or a monk will be feeling the pain.

Well thats what i thought of for a D/w Or the Enchanto Warrior I hope you find
my suggestions helpful and that they will lead to a successful build

Suggested Mods for Protection+ Allegiance Skills

Usage: This monk build i created makes use of several very powerful
protection skills to assure that a fellow team will not perish in battle. Through
careful energy management and skill proiritizing- this build WILL provide a rock
solid defense

Mark Of Protection- this is a VERY powerful elite skill, with a single
cast it basically assures the survival of the target ally. The only way you can die
with this casted on you, considering you dont get stripped is of degeneration!
It counteracts any and all sources of damage (not sure about life stealing)
This should be used when the energy needed to save the target is not avaliable,
target ally is under heavy fire, or if one wishing to multitask (even then dont just
cast this skill willy nilly if very useful when used properly)

Spirit Bond+Protective Spirit- these two skills are the bread and butter of
any protection bar- so i dont feel like i need much explanation to why their
included- however if its the energy thats conserning you that then thats next
Note: In this build its intended for the user to stack these enchantments on
target allies Sprit Bond FIRST then followed by Prot Spirit

Selfless Spirit- this is another one of this skills that one doesnt hear
much about. But given the high energy cost spells used in this build i felt
like this would be a great addition- just put it on as you enter a battle-
then follow through with the Spirit Bond+Prot Spirt combo= you'll be amazed
at how much energy you save! Be sure to keep your distances you dont wanna
get hurt! Because if you get damaged remember that healing yourself
means that Selfish Spirit will end! Oh noes!

Signet Of Rejuevenation- then energy bug came kicking so i had to add
this signet into the build its serves a purpose as a decent touch-up heal
but its greater purpose is that it allows you to do your job of healing and
protecting will still saving up energy for your more powerful spells.

Dwayna's Kiss- with all the enchantments you'll be pouring over your
allies D's Kiss is a natural compliment! Themore enchantments the better

Aegis- admitting this was chosen late in the making of this build. Aegis
is always helpful as it buffes the entire party- doesnt get better then that
however due to the high energy cost its up to the user to decide if Aegis
is worth bringing along

"Help Me!" - not available until you get to the Realm of Torment.

Shield of Force - This is an EYE OF THE NORTH skill!!!

Dust Cloak - not available until you get to Kourna.

Seriously, now...Unless you are willing to pay for me going around and unlock all these so I can get them on a lvl 11 in Istan, please follow the guildlines I have requested. >.<

Necro PVE idea

**I started my 2nd ever Nec in Proph about 2-3 weeks ago, and playing only here and there I have marched through to the Ring of Fire miss. I decided that doing the MM thing was best left to the AI of Heros or other necs. I like going cursing. When I combine MM and Cursing I cast Barbs on my target and watch the minions kill them quick. I find the mix of cursing and Domination skills works best for me when doing hero/hench teams.

Call the target and let melee start hammering on that target.
Follow up with Mark of Pain and watch the mobs destroy themselves.

Cast Spinal Shivers on SKILL using backliners like Necs, Mes, and Paras. Swap to Interrupt Set.

Now quickly pick out the monks and other caster targets of necessity and cast Chaos Storm on them. The damage is only 10 per second, but it is coupled with a -3ene loss whenever they cast a spell. This will quickly make them rethink casting.

Just before Chaos Storm end cast Backfire on same target, if living.

If you start seeing health loss cast Insidious Parasite on a target and switch to Defensive set.

I like this, however it seems if you were getting hate from casting foes then you wouldnt have any health regen, however all an all a very solid build id give it 9/10.

out of exp i can say that only rejuv does not do enough healing...the bonus u get from it only works on others cause you arent attacking or casting a spell while healed....it is a gr8 skill.love it btw but not enough for in pve cause monks get target easily.

I have a warrior who has achieved Legendary skill hunter (so skills are no issue) and 11 other max titles. I need a good general build for farming and vanquishing in HM. I suck at those

My weapon of choice is Icy Dragon Sword of Fortitude with an Exalted Agis.
The build I normally use is:
Griifons Sweep
Leviathans sweep
Seeking Blade
Hundred Blades (elite)
For great justice
Lions Confort
Barbarous slice
Sun and Moon Slash

I have other weapons so feel free to expand my horizons.
