so i got kicked from the guild

even tho i wus almost the leader... i said i wus gunna be gone for a while cuz i got grounded. can anybody re request me ?

Not only that but what was the reason you were kicked?

Probably because of this "i said i wus gunna be gone for a while cuz i got grounded." I am just assuming that is why.

i would advise all guild leaders to do what we do in AoL.

never kick someone unless you need to recruit someone.

have the guild always at 100. this way you save this from hapaning.

losing people that would like to stay in the guild , but have breaks of weeks or even a month or 2 ... we had psyco for 5 months , and i think we had someone even more time.

Well DFD runs at 4 weeks if at full or near full capacity. I think 4 weeks is plenty of time to allow afk. Of course if I get a heads up I will honor there spot and wouldn't kick them. But if they don't tell me then there putting themselves at risk. I do keep a log of kicked members though. But Im starting to wonder why, Most never come back.
