HM Dungeons
Hey Guys
1st topic I make so I hope it all works out.
My name's Dan and I'm a fan of HM dungeons.
In short there's a number of dungeons I'm fairly good at and which I Hero/Hench on a regular basis.
I'll note down the list here so if you're interested in one of them, give me a whisp in game and we'll see when the next time we both have a free moment is.
I don't intend to make 8-player groups, as it takes too much time and organisation: this is just casual 2-3 players + Heroes.
Requirements: 1 good working PvE build: basically if you can fill in for a henchman, you can come along. If you haven't got good heroes that's no problem, we'll just take henchies. If you do have good heroes, all the better.
I should probably note I got very strong ideas about what will work and what will not. I will be quick to point out flaws but I'll say in advance that it's nothing personal and there's no need to be offended by it. In return I'll try to post the builds I normally use here so you can point out all of my flaws.
Dungeons:
Arachni's Haunt
Bloodstone Caves (don't actually do this a lot since it's too easy)
Bogroot Growths
Catacombs of Kathandrax
Frostmaw's Burrows
Heart of the Shiverpeaks (still trying to perfect the build for this one)
Oola's Lab (same, I can do it but I'm not 100% happy about my builds yet)
Ooze Pit
Secret Lair of the Snowmen (okay this is one isn't a dungeon imo, more like a rampage)
Sepulchre of Dragrimmar
Notes: we're talking about Hard Mode here, on Normal Mode I can do them all
this is not me running dungeons for you, you will have to fight along
this message is particularly meant at the less experienced members among us, not the people running dungeons daily
ow and I live in continental Europe so excuse me for my timezone

I'd be interested in this as well and I would like to bring my monk too if possible. Any idea on the time frame on this? Week nights? Weekends? I'll be on travel for the next 2 weeks so my playing time might be a bit usually during that time frame.

warrior
I have a warrior that needs all the dungeons in HM and many in NM. Any and all help will be appreciated. I will contact you in game. My heros are very adaptable given a little notice. I normally run Hundred blade buiuld, if something else is needed let me know, I take suggestions and criticism very well.
Thanks,
Dan (as well)

Re: HM Dungeons
Right, I'm planning to do Kathandrax tonight. I'll ask around for any takers.
Also, those builds up there work (with some henchies to fill the spots) so if you can't find me, don't let that stop you from getting into HM dungeons.

Re: HM Dungeons
Kathandrax sounds good but I might not be available tonight as I'm preparing for a 2 week long work trip I usually run that dungeon with a 600 build that use 2 monks, 1 ranger and 1 perma plus 4 other leechers, but I'm down for a standard group effort if time allows.

when I say tonight: that's my tonight (EST-6h)
Also I would like to say that Laurie Istlar(iE), The Great Descent(NoNe) and myself have just succesfully completed the dungeon, together with some brave henchies and heroes. Frostmaw's Burrows is next on the planning, probably in the next few days. Tonight was great fun, I hope to make many more runs like this.

Goodie,
HM Frostmaw's was awesome thanks to Teh Re Nee (Nubz) and again some brave heroes and henchies =)
To answer one of the above: I can in fact do NM Slaver's but it takes a very long time for me to do Forge and Duncan, I'm still looking for ways to speed it up a bit.

Hey, today I've tested a build for HM Darkrime Delves.
Things went very well except for some very annoying group of vaettir (4 scourge ones) Anyone have some tips for taking them on? I'll keep trying things myself to get some more builds up here.

Well, Darkrime Builds work. I hope to make my 1st 0 DP with them one day soon. Ended up H/Hing it today since I kinda chased away an interested ele, with less than mediocre hero builds.
Like I said: I will tell you when you're build is flawed and what's wrong with it. Don't take it personal. And you do not need heroes to come along but when you insist on using them, they have to be at least at the level of the EoTN henchmen.

Bogroots is still on the to-do list (prolly after halloween), but in the meantime I've managed to H/H SoO on HM. Things were however quite hectic and I had to dig deep into my bag of tricks, so I don't feel ready to do this one with humans yet. Once I gather more experience on this dungeon it will appear on the list however.

Hey people.
Due to circumstances I'm gonna have to cut back on doing dungeons for a while. It's been great fun in the last few weeks and I'd like to thank anyone who has come along. I'll start doing these again later this year, provided I'm still around ofcz. You are all still free to PM me should you need help with a particular dungeon but I won't go around organising them anymore.
