Handing Leadership Over

Real life is interfering with the time I’m able to devote to GW at the moment. This is coming at a bit of a bad time for the guild due to other outside forces keeping some of our officers and members away, (internet problems, Spring Break, etc.). I’m not away from GW totally, but I feel I’m not devoting as much time to it as I need to in order to be an effective leader. I’m not sure how long this will continue, but while it does, I have decided to step down as leader and hand the guild over to Caramon. He’s agreed to keep things up and running, and hopefully thriving, however long I’m devoting time and energy to RL and will hand the reins back over to me if/when I’m able to make BOOM more of a priority again. He’s been a great officer and has been helpful in so many ways to our members, so I’m sure he’ll be a great leader. Please help him while he makes this adjustment. I’ll still be around as an officer, I just won’t be as visible as before.

Alrite i understand i had to do that once and thankfully i chose the rite man. Instead of a negative effect it turned out very positive and we gained more members and our factions was pretty much up. gl with rl k dont worry
