Rotational Ally Weekends!

As started by Akroma, this is a new posting for the Rotational Week/Weekend Ally Events.  We've had time now to see what works, what not so much, and as always these events are to encourage ALL Guilds participate in the Alliance, give a chance for meet and greets, and to have fun!  Weekends have normally been the best time as that is when the majority (US and Int'l players) through the Alliance are online and can participate.  To help ensure everyone knows of the Event(s), please be sure to post within the Activity-Thread here on Forum so each of us can update our status-tab and also feel free to put out reminders in Ally-Chat and everyone remind in their Guild-Chat.

The GW events like Wintersday, Halloween, Canthan New Years, etc make it hard to schedule things and they can be considered a skip.  Another thing is to actually incorporate these into the events, get everyone into a certain district, or have farming runs go out.  In case anyone does not have it, here's the link for the Zaishen ZB/ZM/ZC http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Zaishen_Challenge_Quest  to consider when planning.  Here is the link to the Special Events:

If you need a hand planning or hosting, just yell in this thread.  The Alliance is only as active and healthy as we make it, so we all have the responsibility to help one another when needed

Note- using all three days is optional, this is just to show each Guilds weekend available to plot and plan on. Also do encourage your Guild to participate in others Weekends please, everyone feels good when they've taken the time to put something together and people actually show up

Rinse and repeat from the top of the Ally-roster, Beta/stress weekends or events that the GL indicate they will hold out for, means everyone bumps down one weekend and this list will be updated to reflect it.

I'm gonna need either a postponement of RLR's weekend until the weekend of 8/3 or a swap with another guild. after the weekend of the 29th if possible . Kalina and I will be off on a camping vacation which will mean very little if any internet. Actually since the beta is the weekend of the 21st we should prolly postpone that weekend and then RLR would fall on the weekend of the 3rd anyway. Just a suggestion of course.
