In regards to the last meeting, I want to have a topic where ppl can post ideas for guild activities..one that I thought of today was having a certain time every week where members can get together for the purpose of skill capping. This should not be something that takes up hours of time...maybe one hour at most. The exact time it takes place can be workded out later.

we could try to set some fixed week day and hour for guild meetings .. i think its really cool to see everyone in guild hall.
take group screen shots , etc

i had one idea in one of the guilds i made , i think we could try it also.

for exemple , there are 8 people online in the guild , if everyone wants to play on their own then doesnt matter , but my idea was , to see how was the lowest level , or who was more near the start and everyone else in the guild would group to help this person catch up the others.

this way the advanced ones would not advance more , and the ones behind would catch up the others.

this worked fine when there was only profecies , now its more complex , but still i think its a good filosofie to help bring low levels up in the story line.

and here we could give some reward for those that help low levels/new players.

now i dont know how we can trust members from explioting the reward system , still have to think about it.


ill type now the ideas so far so we can start to find the details.


skill caping groups : i know some maps of tyria that have the boss locations and what elites they have , ill put the link here later

help newbies/low levels

farming groups : we could try to make some kind of list with good places and farming builds , solo and team

pvp training , for this i think we need find out first who want to pvp , lot of people dont even want to do it.

...

I have seen that when you recruit lots of lower levels it is easier to find people in close to the same part of the game.

However, there will still be occasions where people who are stuck need more experienced help.

Because of that, perhaps we can set a day/time when this is possible for
those that really need it.

The Capping idea is good for everyone. I am nowhere near having title for that.

true , normaly i recruit everywhere in the game.
not all are newplayers , but seams like all are shy.
its been a real problem that i play in odd time frames. to get the most people online hour is a problem for me ..
that why i cant ask for major guild activities , becose its hard for me to be in any , i will do all i can ingame and here on the forum.

as for seting day time for anything , we might have to make pools or someone else make them , becose i live gmt+8 .

i think we could fist set a list of things , and then set times days .

we have to do this group work. i think its the only way.

and no rush , we just play with it.

after all this is a game Very Happy

actualy i think this time zone problem is for all , not just place in the world but also the time that each one plays.

This does not really apply to this thread but, I would like to put out the idea of extending the inactive time to 1 month. It was my idea to try and keep active GW players in the guild, but some ppl are not as addicted as I am (need therapy) but they do want to stay in the guild. We will grow the guild to a full one, so maybe we should go for that goal...and also it will have less ppl on record as bieng kicked. What do you all think?

i like it , this is a no monthly fee game , it was made for people be able to take big breaks and come back. i think we can afford to have inactive people since we are always recruiting , i like to recruit , its part of the game for me , heh.

im ok with 6 weeks also
im ok with no limit

it as been always my opinion , i do like to have active people , but i dont think we should or need to kick if the guild is not full.
