I'm assuming the media is getting preliminary invites, and the "public" invites to the several tens of thousands that they plan to use for the load testing will go out later on, closer to the event. Or, at least, I'm hoping so.

I've got no chance of getting in because of my current computer specs, but more beta footage is always excellent, especially with a much larger player population.
