I cant get into my acount any mor. It says it is permanet terminated. Don't know why.

Do you mean that you can't log into Guild Wars 1 ? I've heard that there were issues with accounts being hacked at one point. Several accounted were deleted during that time. If that is the case, you need to contact Guild Wars/ ANet support.

hmmm try another support ticket Zoe? since they sent you one saying your account had been restored, there may have been a glitch on their end freeing it up.
