Recruitment Message

This is just a rough draft that will need improving. But since we're going to be actively recruiting people soon we should have a general message we can all use. Improvements/adjustments are welcomed

Something like:

Army of Lightness [AoL] wants you! We are currently recruiting active members to join the guild. Looking for members that are interested in doing PvX content. We also have a Vent server. If you are interested in joining AoL Whisper me for more information.

Like I mentioned earlier, this is a rough draft that needs work so please add suggestions.

looks good maybe adding a bit more on what the guild does, like wvw ect...

yeah that was what i used in guild wars1 neo and it worked pretty well. It just gives a bit of insight about the guild.

I know we all want to recruit...and I'm all for it... but if we want to keep those we recruit... we MUST make it a "active fun guild" who does have weekly events...posted in the forum, using vent and commit to these activities... I've seen nothing on the forum.... and when I do post, I get no reply... (except Dayle) Are we going to work on a "action type" website? Something that will explode in the eyes of those checking out our website?? Possibly interested in joining us? I've taken the time to look at other guild's websites and they are exciting and enjoyable to watch... we were thinking of doing this...and not sure what happened....
BTW,... I like Beau's invite to guild.

although, being a noob... I don't know what pvx means... is that the same as PVE??
All I'm saying is we need to stand by what we say... if were going to say we do WvW... then lets do it... Dungeons?? Let's explore!! Lets have a beach party at Lion's Arch!!! Party at Divinity's Reach!!! A time for the low level noob day.... and help that person/persons out!!! Lets get into action... and all get on Vent for those events!!! Hide and seek isn't doing it... we need to figure out a way to get people on the forum!! Let's brainstorm!!!!
btw... do you all want me to get a hold of other guilds for WvW?? Let me know, as an officer what other officers think??? Speak up and be heard...we are officers...and if we don't...our guild won't and we will FAIL as a guild.. that's my honest opinion!!! Post that we will have a weekly mtg..on vent..posted in the forum and on the daily post, in game, that we will hold one on such in such a day to listen to what our guild members want!!! If we hold it and they don't come, they can't complain that we aren't actively looking for ideas and activites from our guild!!! What do you all say???

REQUIREMENTS....

1... you need a sense of humor!!
2... you need to have a fun loving personality!!!
3... no age limit..but expect a few drunk arrogant loud and crazy adults whose idea of having a good time is killing a dragon and shouting out obsenities!
4... Maturity!! no rage quitting on your buddies/guildies, no spamming, scamming or just all out being a jerk!!
5.... Be active and tell us what you want from us as a guild member!!!

I didn't know we were supposed to be recruiting as when I invited Finn to the guild I was told not to invite any more people bc we were nearing the cap. I will be more active in recruiting new members now that I know its ok.
