Which do you want most?
This is not a determinant of what we will unlock, but it is a good thing for us to know what the guild desires most. If you have a strong desire for a certain one, please advocate for it rather than just vote.
As far as I can understand, we may activate a random one of any for only 200 influence after we upgrade to tier 6 of politics, economy, architecture, or art of war, but unlocking it grants us higher reward and ability to enter in the instances.

At the moment it looks like Bounty is the cheapest and fastest to unlock. Here are a couple of posts about what the upgrades are. I'm sure more info will be available soon. The first one was a GW2 Dev Blog. The second is more recent:

So, it looks like Guild Puzzle is the winner. Unless we get further input, I will queue up "Research Architecture Level 6" as soon as we hit 30,000 Influence. Then we just need to save up 50,000 more influence and successfully complete like 12 - 16 Guild bounties for the 250 Guild Merits to unlock Guild Puzzles.

Well...this serves well in knowing what the consensus of the guild is, but as it comes to the most reasonable decision: the guild rush seems to be the most available at this point (we don't have enough merits to get the guild puzzle soon enough for it to be worth it).
Also, over the guild trek... it costs an extra 20,000 influence and I personally feel that guild rushes are more accessible to low level characters (they find the set location, and participate: it's not random).

After looking more closely at our options, Finn is correct. Looking at the amount of influence we need to spend and Guild Merits we need to win. Guild Rush will most likely be the easiest to unlock next. If everyone wants, we can still go for Guild Puzzle Next. We had just better get really good at doing the Guild Bounty .

It's not so much a question as our ability to do the bounties either: if we were perfect, we can only gain 25 merits per week (assuming two bounties [t1 or t2] are completed, or one bounty [t3] is completed) which would lead to us being able to unlock the guild puzzle at a minimum of 10 weeks.

Bad news:
Guild Trek is a prerequisite for Guild Rush.
Since we're halfway (or more) through Tier 6 politics and will eventually get the guild rush, I say we let it finish instead of refunding influence and start unlocking for Guild Trek (Tier 6 economy I think) when we can.
Thoughts?

So, just one more guild bounty will get us enough merits to unlock guild Trek. We just need to save up 100,000 Influence

We are accumulating influence pretty quickly now that we are not accelerating as much. I've been accelerating a little to keep Asuran Outsourcing going, but we have already accumulated over 10k since you activated research on Politics 6.

I think I still have those tokens from finishing story... As I remember I can get scrolls to get influence... I think they're 1k points each.
