Tweaked the Forum Empty Tweaked the Forum

I tweaked the forum a bit. I consolidated a few categories and got rid of the Pub. I put the sections we use the most all under GW2. I think it looks a little cleaner now. Let me know if you have any other ideas to make it look better.
