Issues with certain guild mates
Yo Ho! Mutt here,
i would like to bring my concerns on a certain guild mate mad dabber, we have all seen the post where they have stated that they will give out 100-1,000 gold for hide and seek. odd but that is not the issue this time. during Saturday guild missions on he wasn't giving me hardly any response to any questions asked in party chat, then mad dabber just left the party with nothing said. then on Sunday guild missions Sarg said do not touch the guild bounty Trilla cause they were waiting for everyone else to show up. mad dabber provided some unnecessary comment " no duh..." . comments like this does not need to be put or said in guild chat or in team speak when an officer or someone is teaching or walking people through.

There was more going on Saturday night. I would like a little more information. Srg will be sending me some screen shots of a conversations he had with him. I may share them or paraphrase them. He is emotional and temperamental.

Re: Issues with certain guild mates
Sunday mission from my point of view(as Supposed leader) was absolutely by far the most stressful one for me yet, I could not hardly get a word because of others talking over me. I resorted to typing it in chat that just slowed things down as I am not the fastest typist.
Even then other officers where taking over and trying to lead all at the same time in the end I just followed along and kept quiet. I know that most had done Saturdays gm's and it felt like they where just running the course whilst reading a book and doing other stuff at same time just to get through it. Its just proved to me that I am not a team leader or "officer" material and would formely like to request demotion to what ever stature you deem appropriate soldier/cavalry I really don't mind but I cant be doing with stress in game and at work and with all these rules and regulations that I have enough in real life to deal with, I just want to play the game with my friends and help out when and where I can to my own abilities. I love all you guys and gals but please understand I am 52 years young but I suffer with a condition that causes my thyroid to be underactive that in turn makes it difficult for me to retain info(memory) unless I repeat it all the time, so most of GM's I cant remember them until I start doing part of it then it comes back a bit at a time. same with dungeons but there a little easier for me as I do certain ones daily. anyway starting to calm down now....and breathe.....bit better catch you in game.

Re: Issues with certain guild mates
Not too sure as to what I've done to deserve this sort of rudeness from this guy. This is the first I've seen this comment and it genuinely upset me at the time as I was only trying to help Mr Tech with the Sunday guild missions. No one has the right to talk to me like that, especially not someone who doesn't even know me... Also Mutt, thank you for making me aware of this comment. There was just so much going on yesterday that i must of missed it, otherwise I'd of questioned him about it in whisper. Don't get me wrong, I would have dealt with this calmly and maturely but I didn't deserve the rudeness. Sorry for ranting lol just wanted to get to say my piece. It's all done with now. The past is the past.

Re: Issues with certain guild mates
I would like to say that tech does a lot for everyone. He is respectful and a fun guy to talk with, this talking over an officer while trying to run gms is starting to become a problem. I do not wish for tech to step down at all. Also sarg is a fun young guy that has never made anyone disrespect him same with tech. I was personally offended for sarg when I saw this in guild chat. If anyone has a problem to we're this happens or is needed to be said they need to be talked with. The guild is a fun place for everyone. Yes we have a childish side were we are silly, however this kind of behavior is rude and uncalled for. I feel that if it keeps happening to other guild members the guild will start to shrink. I would like to stop if before it gets to that point.

Are we still talking about that "no duh"...? Because I'm kind of getting lost here. Rudeness? Disrespect?
