WHACKY FUN or UNUSUALLY EFFECTIVE Team builds PvE or PvP

Hey all,

I was bored at work today, and while eating a peach and watching youtube (or BooBTube, LoL) I decided to make a whacky, fun, and unusual Team Build Thread that we could post builds that are unusually effective, or just plain fun to run. Feel Free to post builds to try as well, Just be sure if the build Is really bad, delete the post on here so that no one else tries them.

Try to make your builds as desscriptive as possible, and include as much detail as you can as to the professions, Skills, Equipment, Usage.

This build is one I wanted to make after talking to Jorden, Ag, and Diggy a few days ago. w00t ANET for boosting Ebon Vanguard Skills.

USAGE:::::::::
1. Pick a unit to call out spikes.
2. Lay down and keep up QZ, Greater Conflagration, Winter.
3. During battle, try to cordinate wards and Battle Standards as to keep the effect continuous.
4. Everyone on the team W/ EBSS (Ebon Vanguard Sniper Support) Should Spike the target, or targets as called.
5. Mantra of Frost is for Energy upkeep. Use the signets to recover after the battle or for emergencies.
6. Resurrect Players As soon as they Die.

Equipment::
Radiant Insignias and High Energy Sets.

Counters:
(As Far As I Can Tell)
Anti-Caster. ~consider killing interrupters first.

Wow, this actually seems like it would be a really decent build. Of course in certain areas it would DEFINITELY be overkill, but that can be fun sometimes!

Yeah, I mean check out the stats on that EBVSS, it would one-shot almost any HM boss.
