Process on kicking Guild Members
When kicking guild members, keep in mind to remain as polite as possible. These are a few things that must be done before kicking someone:
In essence, we do not kick people arbitrarily without telling them what behaviors were incorrect.
- Give a warning
- Give an explanation to why they were kicked
- Allow them to apologize to any and all affected by said reason
- Message either Ratche (Guild leader) or one of the Lords who is being kicked and why
- If it is publicly done, those guild members have to be told why it happened
- Take screenshots and post it in the officers section in the forums

Re: Process on kicking Guild Members
This policy is going to eventually end up in my new sticky. Before it gets added to the sticky, does anyone want to suggest changes or refinements to the process?

Re: Process on kicking Guild Members
If someone is being just outrageously annoying then just kick them, use you're own judgement but err on the side of caution.

Re: Process on kicking Guild Members
a few examples of when it is right to kick outright, no warning
1. someone is saying offensive things in guild chat and won't stop when asked
2. a guild member is insulting another guild member and will not stop
you guys know what I mean, jsut use your judgement, and if your not sure, tell me or a lord. and don't be afraid to kick someone for this if you're the officer there and I'm not, I trust every officers judgement. I won't yell at you (except zero of course

Totall agree with you all on this, never had to kick anyone yet but if the occasion arise`s i defo think that it`s a good idea to take a screen shot and discus with them the reason there being kicked from the Guild, read an understood.

It's actually funny to read such statement in a thread in which most posters aren't in AoL anymore
