Meeting notes 3-Oct-2010

Hello!
Today's meeting covered the following:
- Welcome to all new and returning members! We're looking forward to a chance to party up, have fun, and hang in there together until GW2 comes out.
- Akroma will be hitting everyone up with a survey, please be sure to give him feedback, your answers are important.
- Please consider downloading Vent if you haven't already. While not required it is a useful tool to allow better communication in teams, is fun to talk (or listen if no mic or don't feel like talking) to your Guildies and Allies, plus why not?
- Forum is info-central.... lots of parties and adventures begin here so do check in often.
- We all need to accept and understand everyone is different, respect to everyone and be kind are two simple courtesies expected from everyone in AoL. We have different ideas, ways of doing things, and what we like to do in-game so at the end, please remember there is another person sitting behind their monitor so do onto them as you'd like done to you.
- Sweeps will be coming up for both Nightfall and EoTN so be watching for the announcements.
- The more you put out in effort, the more you'll find returned to you. So even if you don't need a certain area or mission, if you're not busy and someone needs a hand, do hop in because people remember these things and it makes it easier to find parties when you ARE trying to accomplish something.
Then we all went and naked flare-battled LOL it was a quick meeting.

Since I'm new to the fold - do you guys meet every Sunday? In the guild hall I assume. And if so, what time?

guild meetings are held every sunday at 1pm est in guild_chat.
