I've added a clause into our AoL-Specific guidelines that if any of ours rage on an in-play guild-ally-team they will be warned once and if it happens again they'll be removed from Guild.

I've talked with Mel tonight, not the greatest timing with what she has going on atm but she bailed/booted out on a HM Mission Party after being a leeroy and over-aggroing after requested to stay with the group and calm down. A complaint has been filed.

She says GW booted her out while she remained in the vent lotr channel without problem and didn't bother to move up to the channel where the rest of her team was in to let them know what happened. When one of the team moved down to the lotr channel to find out, that was when they were told her connection was shoddy.
She will not be welcomed into any party-ups with this group, they have made it clear that had she immediately popped up to say what happened as well as toned down the over aggroing that had been requested, there wouldn't have been an issue.

can you/an officer send a guild inv got account back but im 500k down lost 4 sets of elite armor and most of storage

If anyone wants to invite them back please be sure to stress the whole no begging, keep it relatively clean in ally-chat, shared account both people are responsible for actions on it, etc etc et.

If I remember correctly he is a problem when officers ate not online. I am bot going to.bring him back based in that. Anyone else its up to you. On my part on not going to simply because of his tolling and trouble making that I have heard

Today i spoke to Derreck Death Dgdgd asking why he left the guild. His reply what that vent is not active enough for him. Which i thought was a load of bull, so he has moved on to another more active vent guild...

Please note Itachi Warrior appears to be 13 per guild comment, kind of watch over him/her just to be sure they're playing safely for a minor and not begging/mooching being an ass as they were tonight.

yeah he doesn't get that other people cant help him all the time becuase werre doing stuff. i did whisper him after a fow run basicly saying why do you say we was useless? and so on. Hes replyed back saying well you guys are not helping me when i need the help. so i said well we all are more then willing to help you but we may not be able to help you when you need it. so lets hope that he got the idea that he just cant demand help.

Please note for the next couple of days I'm going to be focusing solely on skill-capping so I can get it out of the way. I'll be online but not paying attention to either Guild or Ally as distraction/procrastination be my middle names- so if you can all just keep an eye on things and bunni-herd the Guild into adventures and socializing, I deeply appreciate it! (course just yell at me either in vent or whisps if there's something going on I need to be aware of)

I would say yes! We want active people. Also, maybe while explaining about the guild we need to emphasize that we are looking for active people and that if a person is inactive for more then 3-4 weeks they will be kicked unless they tell us in forum.

Thats my opinion anyway! We want a solid, rockin guild for now and into gw2.

Having said that I will not be on alot this week as we are headed out of town tmrw. I will try to pop in every how and then if I can but wont get to play much. Anyhow...

AoL R...... you know the rest!

Just to serve as a reminder, what we say both on vent and typing have an impact on the Guild not to mention the people sitting behind each monitor. I spoke to one of our former members today that had left and wanted to share a snippet of the following with you all. Please let's ensure our words whether scolding or explaining are chosen appropriately and are clear to what we're expressing in a positive upbeat manner. There should be no need for any future remarks to cause anyone to feel the way they did, which resulted in their slipping away. This person was not an uber hyper social person, but they did talk, they did log in almost daily, and they did party-up once or twice on a Guild Gang, but they felt that because they didn't do everything exclusively with the Guild then they were subject to removal.
