LOL Akroma will be playing. He was completely burnt out by the time he left, all that he had with his energies, ideas, and effort he poured into the Guild and Alliance and he had nothing left after giving everything every day for 6-7 hours a day. By the end he was just a shell of himself. We've all been there with burnout or are in current various stages of it. When you cringe while double-clicking the GW icon, when someone says something to you and you just want to rip their face off, when you gradually stop playing every day until it's every other day... then every couple of days.... then twice a week.... and so on-- /shrugs in any game that's an occupational hazard.

I'm sure no one would be pleased if ANYONE left the guild and then upon their return they were immediately promoted to officer status.

There's no disrespect to Akroma but it wouldn't be fair for him to just return to the game and get auto-promoted above others without showing some committment or intentions, and he would agree to that also.

Im having problems logging on to guild wars :S i dont know why i have tried everything to get on. So if you see me on tonight then its not me unless i say so.

Please note the following- I've demoted both Amer and BB for the time being, they both along with Dayle retain access to the Officers board. Akroma also has access to this board.

I've promoted Pen to Officer and added him to this board as he easily does the guidelines Officers and myself are expected.

Why pen as an officer?

Because Pen fits what we have up for officer guidelines and he's been an officer before and knows AoL's routine for activity and involvement. Being involved. Being social. Being active. Being courteous to everyone.

Add to it the Guild does not have the time nor luxury to wait a week or three with only two active officers and myself.... things have to keep moving so that there IS a Guild to log into.

nope keep on with your break as you said yourself you were in severe burnout which is why you had become so snarly and negative. I don't want you rushing back only to snuff out by the time january 1 comes around as that's not fair to anyone. You can do more by gaming as YOU want to and when you want to without responsibilities then rushing back.

I'm confident between Myth, Aura, Pen, and Myself we have things under control and if there are further changes /shrugs is why you, BB, and Amer currently have access here- so that you're aware as they happen and not upon chance-login!

Please note both bruno and kava are snowball officers to help the ally with getting teams together as there's been a huge lack of officers thru entire alliance online with 1 member that can go. when tourny ends they will go back to member.

BB has stepped down, for the time being she will retain access to the Officer board until we have a full crew up and running. This does not impact her vent-admin.

Modesty has temporarily left the Guild in order to get into a GVG Guild and be able to bring Kava in to teams for it. Vent and AoL-Only section of forum remains at this time.

My apologies for being out of game sunday, I spent it in ICU and foresee many unexpected absences occuring. While out of pocket Anya has reported his PC has kicked the bucket fatally so when I log in tonight I will be placing him to Member.

She has posted a note on her guilds log-in to contact her if others would like to join either AoL or another guild within Alliance so do not be surprised if you are whispered by either Sable/Obie to bring another of their members in.

I'll be hunting for another Guild to join us.
