Europe activities
Hello,
I really don't know if this is the right place to post this. So if it is not, I would ask the mods to move it to the right place.
So what is the point of this thread. Because I am from Europe I can't really go on the runs with the US and Canada guys, but I would really like to go into DoA and the other areas. So I would just like to know, how many EU players would like to go on such runs? And who would like to organize such runs? I would, if I would have any experience in this areas, but because I was never in there . And at what times would you be able to play and which days you have time.
This is really just like a signup thread for now or even a suggestion thread. Just please avoid spam and offtopic posts as much as possible .
With regards,
DrAg0nBoY

Re: Europe activities
You found the right place to post this. Put something like Wanted: european doa run, or the like. There several members in our guild from the e.u. Including dan sunstone, master dayle, master kensei.

Re: Europe activities
I know we have a few Europeans in our guild. I post alliance activities on our forums and direct them to here for sign ups. We even have American players on during the day who I'm sure would go on these runs, and they have quite a bit experience in the elite areas and dungeons.

Re: Europe activities
Funnily enough I mentioned this the other day in AC around 12pm GMT and was met with a lot of people who wanted in. The key is getting those people onto these forums so we can set up some groups. I don't have enough experience to lead dungeons/elite areas but I'm more than willing to form up and lead some VQ/Guardian parties
In terms of DoA I can't really do much on my Necro unless we do balanced runs or Fragway/Manly Spike (not really turned on by the idea of DwGing in NM).
As I've only run in balanced parties, I'd also need some patience while I learn other methods if we use them

Re: Europe activities
I strongly endorse this message. We have many international members and I often feel bad that our prime-time events are at difficult times for them.
But there are enough Euros in the alliance to get stuff going. All you have to do is post an event with a time and spread the word. Do not get discouraged if you have trouble forming groups the first few weeks. It always eventually takes off if you stay with it.

I am in the US and probably available during the Europe Times. I am looking for runs during the daytime in the US so it will probably work for me. I am available 9amEST-3or 4pm EST. I'll keep an eye out for your runs.

Re: Europe activities
@Bella: Yeah, I started the talk about that .
@Everyone else: Great to get such a response. Like I said, I would organize them, if I had the experience with the areas, but I don't have any .
So if even more people respond to this thread, we should really start making runs for eu people, although everyone is more than welcome to join.
With regards,
DrAg0nBoY

Re: Europe activities
Please don't let feeling inexperienced stop you or anyone else from putting up Party-Calls! Most spots can be navigated slow and true by using /wiki or any of the other GW resource sites available on the net. And the bonus is if everyone's inexperienced or limited, then all get a chance to learn together and not have a chance to feel awkward they don't already "know" a certain dungeon or area

Re: Europe activities
well, I'd be interested in some late night fun! There are a number of people who would love anything going on @ way off peak times, since they don't come on until after they put kids to sleep and such.

Re: Europe activities
Kiera yeah that is true, but it is still better that the one organizing a run knows something about the run. So that the group knows what to look for and so on.
But that really is only my opinion .
