HiDE and SEEK

In an effort to rid of some of the junk in storage I'm going to hold a mini conest, Winner does take all.

Assuming we all know how hide and seek works, there will be a slight modification as that I'm not gonna stand about for 2 weeks for someone to find me obviously.
First being, I will have 3 clues below, and only three, that will be short clues to what outpost I've chosen. May be simplified later if people have problems with them.
Second, you will have to PM me [either IG or on here, not posting] the name of the town and a Screen shot of your avatar in the city perferably proving one of the clues. [Please include your main character's name so I know who you are]
Third, you will only have little more than 2 weeks. The location's rather simple and I assume after some confusion quite a few people will figure it out. So Creative screenshots will help you out :3

I'm by no means doing this off of first come first serve basis. Thats no fun.
