Meeting Notes 3-July-2011

We gathered on vent today to just touch on some topics-
- reminded all while in game if at all possible be on vent as that's where many pop-up groups form PLUS encourages more interaction between both Guildies AND Allies.
- Every Friday Night Dayle will be hosting an elite area for the Guild
- Every Officer will be hosting an event (spanning from ZE to VQ's to campaign pushes once a week
- pointed out Officer Post of some things we look for when choosing
- All Officers are expected to be on vent while in game (unless at work)
- Involvement requires everyone's efforts. We have forum, use it. We have vent, use it. People putting together parties to do things, join up!
