Win the Tormented Weapon skin of you choice!

I'm sure you're aware as some of us sometimes farm BL keys... and with the introduction of Tormented skin to GW2, Andrea had this idea of getting a tormented skin and put it up for grabs on the forums once she got enough scraps to buy a BL claim ticket.

Well, as it turns out, I was the lucky one last week and got a full BL claim ticket from one of my BL chest. So I thought I'd be the one putting up the skin as a prize.

We're going to do that lottery style. Pick up to three numbers from 1 to 100. 1g per number and I'll assign a number to you once receiving the money in my game mail. When the time is right, probably withing the next 2 weeks, I'll randomly generate a number from random.org to determine the winner.

1st place wins the tormented skin, 2nd place gets 50% of the pot, 3rd place gets 30% of the pot, guild bank gets 20% of the pot.
