I've noticed he's been invited back to the guild.  He was not kicked out.  He left on his own when we broke ties with SLD.  I've always had mixed feelings about him.  He has never been maliciously annoying like other people we have kicked out, but I've always found him very annoying none-the-less.  It is mostly his know-it-all attitude about things he clearly doesn't really know much about.  

Maybe, I should pull him aside and have a one-on-one chat.  I'll wait and see if anyone else complains about him.  I know I don't like being on Teamspeak when he is like that.  I would hate for people to stop using TS to avoid him. If I'm the only one it annoys, I'll just accept it and absorb it.

IV didn't know he had a know it all attitude and IV know him a while(I might have convinced him rejoin but I didn't invite him ;o) but I really really hate those kind of people so if you feel like he's like go for it. He's a good guy but he's bitched about how I do things as an officer. Wouldn't hurt to make him familiar with our rules bout attitudes and generally how to behave with people.

Also he also has a grudge against Omega and the people who vouched for him still. I told him he doesn't have to talk or play with them and to just zone them out. After that he went quiet and the next day he was in AOL

He annoys me too and personally I was happier with him out of the guild. That being said he hasn't stepped over any lines as far as I know. In the past I've been a bit harsh with him when he gets that "I know everything attitude" and called him out a few times, to me he seems very insecure and this is the way he covers it up.

Yeah I don't know why he left SLD or why he's back, but he has gotten on my nerves many times when I've been on ts with him both before and now.  Mainly how he has that sort of "last word in" type of personality.  I'm curious, Zero was he openly against Omega in these past few days?

No, I dont think so. At least when I was on he didnt say anything to omega

I dont know this guy very well.. But I was playing with him a bit the other day.. he was very helpful, friendly and joked around like the rest of us...
Im not aware of his 'story' but I will help keep an eye on him.

I'm not too worried about him. After playing with him the other night, he was much better. Like I mentioned before, it probably depends on alcohol consumption. And, someone should tell him to stfu if he gets annoying. He is a nice guy. But, we will need to keep an ear open for anyone complaining.

I liked him when he was in AoL before... I know he gets intoxicated and a bit "HUH? WTFBBQ?" but overall he's alright. I used to run dungeons with him daily before he disappeared.

I thought I would let you all know that I have had a couple people say to me that he is getting a little unbearable at times. He seems to be fine until he has had a couple drinks (which seems to be all the time??) and he turns into a guy that.. well.. truthfully.. I will change channels so I dont have to listen to him :-/

If at any point other people are complaining about him, we may have to give him a talk about behavior on ts.  We probably should create some general guidelines and rules on ts and put it within specific channel's descriptions as well.

Agreed Tia, I did world events with him yesterday and he was perfectly fine. If need be I'll talk to him (when he's sober) about his behavior. It was nice though, I remembered why I used to like the kid.

I can say something to him too, we been doing talking and playing together a lot more (well iv been playing more then I should during the week period) since he joined again. He doesn't mean to annoy nor does anything he says true.

If you two are friendly you probably would be the best one to do it, just nicely explain that when he gets drunk he gets this "know it all" attitude which turns people off. Otherwise we enjoy playing with him. If you don't want to do it I can.

try get some examples of him doing it and try explain moments after he does it.

Not necessarily, as I was trying to monitor him when were both on but he hasn't had his attitude in guild chat to use as examples...

We mainly talk on ts and he wasnt bad extensively that we'd need to talk about it and I want an instance where hes annoying someone else...

and I can say nytri-omega issue wont be a problem anymore as he told me hes trying to be friendly and I pvped with both of them together so thats a plus atleast

I want to bring it up at the right moment, as of now I havnt seen him act up(atleast not recently, before he left I could of had material to work with) and nor has anyone outright complained about him, at least I think so(on forums anyway)
