Nytri

With the amount of complaints piling up and the amount of people mentioning they were not inclined to join TS because of him...
I have requested that Nytri leave the guild, it is with a little sadness that this has come about.. but i believe it was necessary for the dynamics of our guild/family.

It's not the first time it's happened. He was obnoxious and was asked to leave a year ago, but he sobered up and came back. He's just extra bad when he's not sober, and I think that he drinks a lot more during the summer.

When beau first talked to him he really shaped up... I know nytri deals with a lot of personal issues and that is probably his way of coping- to sum it up, I agree with kainis however I think a good talk to put him in his place again would suffice, since it worked previously.. It shouldn't just be kick and go away, at least a firm warning first :/
Not to mention that would be unfair and against our guidelines

We have been trying to work with Nytri for three years now.  He's had some good times and some bad times, but he always talks too much and has that insufferable know-it-all attitude.  For me, it has come down to the fact that again I have people telling me that they don't want to come onto teamspeak because of Nytri.  I do not know what else to do for him.  I feel sorry for him, but he has left the guild.  Despite my mixed feelings, I believe it is for the best.

This was not a easy decision for us to make but I think it was the right one. Beau has told me on many times about Nytri, and how many times he has had to say something to him about the problems with him.

Well i haven't known Nytri as long as everyone else, but what i do know is he has helped me a lot, yes he can go on a bit but who don't, i for one will be sorry not to see him in the guild, most of the time he makes his own chat room anyway, he knows people get fed up of hearing him go on and on.

I actually like nytri being in the guild and on team speak when he is sober. however here recently something has happened and he was started drinking the second he wakes up. the music has been super loud when he is talking on teamspeak. i hope that he sobers up a lot more and slows way down on the drinking. i believe once that happens he will be happier and will want to come back but only if he can better himself since several people in the guild has tried to help him better his life. the only thing now is to wait and see how he improves himself in life.

I Agree with the majority although I believe he was a nice guy, but boy he could defo talk(maybe a sign of lonelyness).and the loud music was very annoying, I hope he can get his real life sorted and has people IRL to help him. and hope he come backs to the guild. but if not I wish him all the best IRL

Well, he's been kicked... What's done is done... Not too happy about it though.

Yuri, he was not kicked. Nytri left on his own when Kara notified him of some complaints and that some had advised her they were avoiding teamspeak because they were avoiding him.

Leaving on your own and being requested to do so isn't really the same... What I understand is he was asked to leave the guild because some members found him annoying when on TS... Kind of the same of being kicked.

It came down to a choice that needed to be acted upon.
The complaints were stacking up and when multiple members indicate their lacking desire to join us on TS it becomes a major issue.
We have based this decision on the past history we have experienced with Nytri and his lack of reform.
The vote was unanimous amongst the officers present at the time.
