Keeping track on members representing
Hey guys, Beau mentioned to use google to keep track on who is not representing us. I've made a simple sheet on google the link is below. I will share the sheet with officers in charge, you just need to give me a gmail email address and I'll add you. There is also a history of who edit, but it better to sign off who added which rows.
Let me know if anything can be added onto this sheet to make it helpful.

I like the way you had it set up. I tweaked it a bit. In order to eliminate having multiple posts for each person, lets keep a running tally. If we want to make individual comments we can find another way to edit them in.

Re: Keeping track on members representing
If you are helping to track this, please be sure to familiarize yourself with the names on the Non-repping list. We want to catch them representing as often as possible. That is why I added the two columns "Rep No" and "Rep Yes". We don't want to only focus on the negative. We want to be fair.

Also...
We need to decide on our Representing policy! That should be our next order of business now that we have volunteers.

Re: Keeping track on members representing
If you change the count under "Rep No" or "Rep Yes" change the date for when you update it.

Re: Keeping track on members representing
I think all officers should take a look at the spread sheet from time to time. It can be shared with anyone who uses g-mail. Jolly and I will do most of the work, but just scan the names occasionally for people who you know really do rep sometimes.
Also! What shall our representing policy bee? How long should we monitor a person before we message them and kick them out? We've said 90% before or 50%. 50ish% sounds good to me, or even just "sometimes". Some of these people I never see repping. I want to go after the never represent first.

I have added you Kara. I can explain my system to you sometime today. My list is at the top. Jolly has her own system below, but she has not updated recently.

Re: Keeping track on members representing
From what I have seen of this so far it looks like a good system, seems to be just a yes or no and change the date you viewed it?
I will help out with this :-)

Re: Keeping track on members representing
Have we decided how we're going to go about this? I think it is important we establish a formal rep requirement and start acting upon it a bit more.... strictly

Re: Keeping track on members representing
So far I am only, tracking and kicking out people who never rep when they hit 10.
After I weed out the never reps, I'm thing of aiming for about 50%. Just have to be very sure to be vigilant and scan for name when they are actually repping. We, or I can write up an official policy statement soon.
