Recruiting Drive

We are planning to do a new recruiting push.  We would like to focus on times when the guild is less active.  If you are interested in helping out, contact DragnixPhedron, Mr Tech, Jolly, Durnik, or myself.  If you play in our guilds slow times, we would welcome your participation.  The more people we can have online while we are recruiting the better.  I hate trying to recruit people when there is nobody online.  It's like, "Hello!  Welcome to my dead guild."

Please post times that you are available to help out.  Please use "Server Time".  

You can set your in-game-clock to server time by pressing F11 then it is the fourth option down.

Post a time that you would like to see more activity on, and when you are available to help.  I want to take everyone's times and come up with a sweet spot to schedule a meeting.

Then we will go from there to start recruiting.

Are we using Server Time? hopefully we are because its hard to convert who is in what time zone etc.
I Am on Around Monday-Friday 18:00-23:30 Saturday & Sunday 10:00-22:00

I Would like to see more people on at around 18:00-20:00 as i don't see much activity at all around that time.

NB:-Server Time for me appears to be 1 hour behind my local time.

Guild seem`s very dead for me on saturday-sunday mornings around 8am-1pm my time.
It`s 11am here atm an there`s only 4 people in Guild, rest not repping,been playing with pug`s for the last 4hrs.doing dungeon`s an events while i would like to play with fellow guildies.

Can help if you guys like just send me Guild recruit details.

My server an local time is much the same as Mr tech.

Ok guys.. I have been trying to spend a bit more time focusing on recruitment.. but I just dont seem to have enough time to put toward it..
It is a little awkward when you have a new recruit and you have to tell them... "oh, I am sorry, there isnt anyone online atm... but if you come back in a few hours we have alot more on!"
I am going to really start pushing this forward.. I get on and I am the ONLY one talking.. in some cases.. only one representing..
Please guys... dont let our off hours players fade away.. i dont want this to be like that!

Due to my new schedule, I am on at 6a.m. e.s.t. till about noon. Then come back on around 3 p.m. till midnight.

Ok.. so don't judge me.. but I have no life since I lost my job (LOL)
I am generally available from 9am my time (11pm server time) through to 9pm my time (11am server time)
I do AFK occasionally but I am not too far away unless I state otherwise.
I have noticed that people generally start thinning out and disappearing around 3pm my time (5am server time) and if there are some who either don't sleep or get up very early.. I can see them on around 7pm my time (9am server time)
However generally... there isn't much going on for me from between 5am-12pm server time (when I usually give up and go to bed..)

If you could all please work out what times you play in relation to server time and when you believe there needs to be more coverage it will make it MUCH easier for your officers to correctly work out a procedure on which to follow.
If ANYONE has any ideas that they have, please come forward and let us know! we value your opinions and advice <3

Server time is GMT by the way.  I keep my in-game-clock set to display server time.

My typical play time while I was working was:

9:00 pm - 3:00 am server time.  

That is still our guilds peak attendance times.  Before and after daily reset.

Now, I am available to play anytime and would love to help with recruiting.

The times that Mrs Tech and Demonic Cassandra come on is on is one good time.  Mrs Tech often continues playing on through server reset time.  I believe that is a bit too late for Dragnix.  Mutt and Kara are on quite a bit earlier and then come back again later around our peak hours.

Do either of the times seem like good times to recruit?  Do we want to try both?  One way would be to recruit people who play after our peak hours.  (Night Owls for us in the states)  The other way would be to try and recruit people who get on earlier before reset.  Like Mrs Tech.

I was up again for 9 am to 10:35 am this morning.  A few people popped on.  Mrs Tech was up early.  Jolly come on.  Burly was up and several others, but nobody else was talking.  

That time is like 12 hours opposite of our peak time.  I'm thinking extending peak hours earlier and/or later would be better than 12 hours opposite.  But, I"m open to suggestions.

Maybe people extending their peak times, gradually will get more recruits and eventually encompass all the time instead of trying to go full out recruit for the off time?

As Mrs Tech Works from home she can come on and help recruit in server time(10:00-17:00)
And when i get home i can help around server time(19:00-00:00) and weekends(10:00-22:00)
