New Officers (moved)

I am considering promoting several members to officer.

Aaron (DrizcenRagothThrax) was officer before and is interested in becoming officer again.  He has been very active in his timezone and has been very helpful to others as he was before.  Kara and Aaron are a great team.

Mutt is a bit new to the guild, but he has jumped in with both feet and has become an outstanding member in a short time.

Mr Tech has nominated Srg_Farr as a candidate for Knight to help out during their play times.  I am in full support of Srg.  

Other names to consider in the future:

Alphonse (Ruvim) has stepped forward with interest in leading WvW groups.  Also Hindazz, but he has not met Squire expectations yet.

Let's not forget about encouraging members, especially those that get onto teamspeak to get onto the forum and meet the Cavalry/Squire expectations.  There are several I would like to see as Squire, we just need to encourage them to get on the forum.

+1 for Aaron and Mutt and for srg too, wouldnt hurt more members for off hours.

I think it would good for Ruvim to be promoted if he is our wvw leader.

I absolutely agree! These 3 have really stood out as being shining beacons, I truly believe that each of them will make wonderful officers.. but again, as we have atm.. we will need to discuss with them taking something on and 'owning' it!
I adore Ruvi, he has really stepped up lately and he has a great personality!
Havent played much with Hindazz, but if we can get him out of his shell a bit more... yeah, def

I will only support Aaron's promotion if Dricz...whatever-it-is is shortened! We have standards dammit .
Obviously kidding, Aaron is a great choice, and in fact so are the others.

I'm in favor of promotions for Aaron, Mutt, and Srg_farr. We could probably do with a WvW focused officer, but in all truth Krov would probably do it gladly and has been around a lot longer.

I think Mutt and Aaron would be good. Haven't really interacted with Srg_farr much but have heard good things. I agree with Kainis about Krov.

I have thought about Krov before many times, but others always say that Krov is too ornery.  I am not sure if she is even interested.  Her play time has also been reduced by quite a bit recently.

As much as I love Krov.. I dont know if she has the patience required to teach new people.. she seems to have a bit of a short temper?

fo-shizzle They would all make great Officers. i love Krov but i dont think she's ready nor wanting to be an officer if ever. I dont think it would hurt to actually Ask Krov though, just in case she's being shy about it. She may just want to and step up more if asked to.
Ive noticed Finnguala is back and playing more now. (not sure for how long) but he's highly into pvp and Was once an officer.

I was hoping for a bit more input on this, but there seems to be no objections, so I will move forward with all 3.  We need new blood.
