Guild Missions
There seems to be a little... drama relating to GMs at the moment, This I honestly believe comes down to lack of knowledge and/or people not knowing when to step in and when NOT to.
We need to clearly identify who is leading, who can step in and offer help and how they can offer the help.
The biggest issue I seem to be experiencing at the moment, is someone/s activating the GMs which MUST be a clear rebellion and lack of respect.
I would like to put it out there and request ANY feedback I can possibly get on how I personally run GMs and what I can change, do more of, do less of.
The saturday's GMs have an advantage with the amount of numbers available and we rarely have issues of not being able to complete any GM.
I really want to make a list of people that are generally available to lead GM parties confidently and with knowledge enough to answer any questions.
I would also like to knuckle down on who is leading Sunday's GMs and have a chat with them if possible.

Re: Guild Missions
If Mr Tech does not wish to lead them and/or is insistent on stepping down, that would leave Srg and/or myself. Mutt may be able to sometimes.

Re: Guild Missions
I think for future sunday guild missions it would be a good idea and if possible that the team leaders be the only ones that talk on ts, because last week-end was for me total caos with everyone talking at the same time. just a suggestion what do you think?.
